About us

The meaning of PATHS

In contemplative traditions, the path describes a way of practising and of living: a shared journey we walk in relationship with others, with our environment, and with the unfolding of life itself. The name PATHS honours that way.

PATHS also stands for Psychological Awareness Technology for Health and Science, reflecting our commitment to make evidence-based contemplative training easy to access. Here, technology returns to its Greek root, technē: art and craft. Our technology is the craft of shaping experiences that support inner cultivation.

Each step on the path offers the chance to walk with care.
